Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

 5 tbs Canola Oil

1/2 cup Sugar

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/8 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

4 tbs Non-dairy Milk (I used Silk 35cal Almond Milk)

Heat oven to 350 degree

Mix oil, sugar, vanilla, and non-dairy milk in one bowl

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in another.

Combine the mixtures

Form the dough into cookies that are between 1/2in and 1/4 (or however you like but the baking time will change)

Bake for 10 min, turn the oven off and leave the cookies in for another 2-3 min.

Let the cookies cool before taking them off the baking pan because they might break
